Shipping

We offer shipping Australia wide. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey to your door.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you receive from Spence & Co. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn and unwashed (for clothing)
• In its original condition with all tags attached
• Unused and in original packaging (for homewares)

To initiate a return, please email us at emily.spence94@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
